Make Nature a Home for the Children!

Hello everyone, this is Anastasiya from Ukraine☺ Like you all, I have received a letter on Monday, and after reading it I was trying to figure out which social problem in my home community is the most important for me. Among the whole list of different problems, such as air pollution, traffic fumes or excessive consumption of electricity I could not make up my mind which one to choose, because all of them are equally significant. But then I just let the situation go and the answer has come by itself.  I started to think about children – “flowers of the life”.

How many of you have brothers or sisters? Perhaps a lot. Siblings are those people to laugh and argue constantly, but always to love, no matter what will happen in the future. As for me, I have three younger brothers at home, and trust me, fighting with each other is not a rare thing to come about. What am I trying to say? Imagine that both my parents have a full-time job and I am far away from my family now. Who is with children? What are they doing the whole day, when parents work? Here is a perfect solution – people should create more natural and amusement close parks to provide the children with safe and developing environment after the kindergarten, which finishes usually at 5 p.m. where they can play and grow together. How many accidents happen in the life every day, every hour because of negligence parents or guardians or just impossibility to look after the children 24/7. I am sure, that little kids deserve good and safe surroundings. And that’s the concept that I am eager to embody in life of my green and captivating hometown.  But a person cannot do it alone.  People need each other to create something useful and breathtaking! In this life, there are no impossibilities. Moreover, life doesn’t have any unsettled problems. Life has people, that don’t want to solve them. Lets help the children of our cities create parks either by saving money for the new parks, where they can always get fresh air, buildings where they can stay safe, interested or participating, volunteering in such parks, kindergartens that have already existed!
Now we – teenagers-exchange students are in the full bloom, we are new for this life, we have widely open doors and million various possibilities in front of us. However, in dozens of years our children would replace us. What I wish for their future generation is to know that we have done something for them, and after this example they would probably do something for their children. What matters most is this chain of treatment will remain forever in children’s hearts and souls. It’s worth it. Thank you all very much for your attention.

  5. Your idea, your blog, your message... everything is so positive that I just want to go outside and start taking care of every single child I see. I think it will be important not only for kids and their parents but also for teenagers to work with little children. I think it will help teenagers understand themselves better and become wiser parents in the future. This is such a great idea! Good job, nicely done! :)
